Payment a reservation conditions

Reservations can be made by e-mail or reservation form only.
Information about occupation and available dates can be checked in the calendar below or by an e-mail.

After our booking confirmation customer will pay 50% of the total price as a deposit within 7 days  on the account number IBAN: SK79 0200 0000 0017 8424 7953 SWIFT: SUBASKBX VUB Banska Bystrica.
During those 7 days the term is booked just for you.
Because the money transfer may takes a several days, please contact us by an e-mail to let us know that you have paid the deposit.
We will also advise you when we received your payment.
If we do not receive your payment within 7 working days, your booking will be cancelled.
Remaining money (another 50%) has to be paid on entering the house.

Cancellation fees

More than 30 days before arrival - 25% of the total price
Less than 30 days before arrival - 50% of the total price

Deposit

We will ask you to pay a deposit 2 000 Sk (EUR 50) for any possible damages caused by guests.
At the end of stay, if there are no damages, full deposit will be returned to the guest.

Arrivals and departures

Arriving time is usually after 14.00 and departures must be before 10.00 am.
